On this web site we provide
descriptions of the postdoctoral research opportunities
in the Boulder,Colorado, Quantum Devices Group. If you do not find an opportunity that completely suits you please contact a staff member for the opportunity that is closest to your interests. It is likely that a topic can be designed for you. You may also contact any staff member to discuss your special interests. There are additional opportunities listed at the NRC web site for both NIST and other laboratories.
First contact the advisor or other staff member to discuss you interests. For contact information use the "Staff/Current" menu item at the left. Then go to the NIST portion of the web site for
The National Academies Research Associates Program
to learn all the details of the application process. The site is quite complex because the program runs research associate programs for a large number of institutions. You can however learn all the details about the NIST program, download application forms, or even apply on-line. Note that part of the application process is for you to develop a research proposal. Be certain to allow enough time before the deadline to discuss your proposal ideas with your proposed advisor and to write the proposal.
